Super simple, tasty and easy, hard-boiled eggs are good option for toddlers. Perfect for ones that doesn’t like textured of scrambled eggs. Eggs are very rich in protein, vitamins, and essential amino acids. To save time, you can make a bunch of hard-boiled eggs and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Ingredients:
2 servings
1 large egg
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
Pinch of dried parsley
Step 1. Carefully place the egg in a small pot and add enoug water to cover by a couple inches.
Step 2. Heat on medium-high until boiling, and cook uncovered at a rolling boil for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3. Let the egg stand in the hot water for an additional 3–5 minutes. Pour out the water and replace it with cold water to cool down the egg enough for peeling.
Step 4. Peel the egg and cut it in half (refrigerate the other half for later). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Step 5. EAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
