Fruit Salad

Fresh fruits are naturally sweet and pack huge nutritional benefits as well. Fruits act as cleansers for your body, give you energy and supply a vast array of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that promote good health. So they are great for your children, try this salad recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/4 fresh pineapple, cut into bite-size chunks

1 orange, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 red apple, cut into bite-size pieces

5 seedless red grapes, halved

5 seedless green grapes, halved

2 cups strawberry yogurt

STEP 1. Stir pineapple, orange, apple, red grapes, and green grapes together in a bowl. Pour yogurt over the top and stir to coat completely.

STEP 2. EAT !!!
